What should I do if my confirmation email hasn't arrived?

If you have purchased your ticket from Rome2rio we will send a confirmation email shortly after booking. However, the following operators will send your e-ticket directly:

  • Thalys (high-speed train between France-Belgium-Netherlands-Germany)

  • Amtrak (USA Rail)

  • VIA Rail (Canada Rail)

  • Greyhound USA (Intercity Bus Network)

Please be mindful that it can take up to 5 hours to receive your tickets from VIA Rail. 

Occasionally these emails might get placed in your Junk Mail or Spam folder by your mail system.

If you still can’t find your email or have accidentally deleted it please contact us here and we will assist you further. Please include your full name and as many details about the trip as possible. For security reasons, we'll only be able to send the confirmation to the main booking contact. 

We now also provide the option for you to view your tickets through the Rome2rio app. To view your ticket details, download our app and create a Rome2rio account. This will allow you to see all your past and upcoming trips, as well as access your e-Ticket(s) even when you’re offline. The iOS app is available through the App Store and our Android app is available on the Google Play Store.

Please note, if you were redirected to our partner company Omio to complete your booking, you will need to contact their support space to have your confirmation email resent. Please use the following link for more information.
