I've made a mistake in my booking

If you have made a mistake with your booking such as entering the wrong passenger name, date of birth or wrong passport information then your ticket may not be valid.

Once you have made your booking Rome2rio is unable to change or alter any personal information entered.

Once your order has been placed the only way to correct the relevant information is to cancel off the existing ticket and make a new booking. We recommend that you double-check all personal information before finalising any bookings to ensure all the relevant details are correct.

If your ticket does not allow for a cancellation and refund you may still choose to travel with your existing ticket. However, Rome2rio cannot be held liable if you are refused entry to travel and you may also be liable to pay a fine or be asked to purchase a new ticket.
