If you encounter an error either during or straight after you have submitted your booking please contact our customer support team before attempting to complete your booking again. Most likely the problem is due to a transport operator system error during the point of purchase which we label as checkout errors. The good news is that we can easily identify these problems and provide you with quick and accurate information about what to do next.
Below you will see a list of the most common type of checkout errors:
Seat reservations/fares aren't available
This will be the most common checkout error that occurs. This error is caused when the ticket or seat reservation you have selected has become unavailable at the point of checkout. If this does occur please contact the customer support space and we will be able to assist you further.
Very rarely an operator may experience an outage which makes it impossible to complete a booking. If this does occur simply contact our customer support team who will be able to assist you further.
Payment card declining
Payment cards can be declined for a variety of reasons. We’re unfortunately unable to explain specific instances as we don’t have access to individual payment card information for security reasons. However, we advise you to check the following:
Confirm you’ve entered your credit card information correctly so it matches the exact details displayed on the card.
Make sure the name, billing address and postcode you’ve entered match the details held by your card provider.
Check your card hasn’t expired. If it has you will need to enter the details of a different card.
Check you have sufficient funds available on the card and you’re not restricted by credit limits.
If you’re using a VPN service, make sure the IP address matches the card's country of issue.
