Once you have completed a successful booking we will display a page containing a summary of your order and then send out your confirmation email. This email will usually be received within a few minutes so be sure check your inbox to ensure this it has come through.
Occasionally your confirmation email may not arrive which in that case we recommend you follow the below steps:
Check your junk mail - some spam filters prevent our emails reaching your inbox. Search for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you find the email in junk please mark it as 'not junk' to ensure safe delivery in the future.
Check other email addresses - did you enter a different email address during booking?
If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email then you can contact our 24/7 customer support team who will be able to send re-issue your confirmation email. To reach us simply fill out our Contact us form and we will be back with you as soon as possible.
