Transport Search
To begin your transport search using our website or app, enter your origin and destination before clicking ‘Search’ or ‘Find Transport’. You can use any address, landmark, hotel, city, region or country. For the best results, we recommend being as specific as possible.
The key to finding additional transport information is to click on the interactive menu. This is where you will find relevant information for your trip, such as specific methods of transport, journey times, price estimates, operator details and booking websites.
How to book tickets
Rome2Rio works with a number of bookable operators which can be found through our transport search. If you see a green ticket icon appear in your search results, we offer tickets through one of our partners for this route. To make a booking, simply select that option, enter your date(s) and hit “Find tickets”. You will then be able to finalise your booking through one of our partners.
What happens if we don’t offer tickets?
If we don’t provide bookable ticket options for your route, we list the contact information for the operator so you can book directly through them. The operator contact information can be found by clicking on your preferred transport type via the interactive menu and scrolling down past the listed schedules until you reach the “Operator Details” section. If your journey has more than one leg, just select each one individually to see the corresponding information.
