Hotel Experience (Mobile)

Rome2Rio’s new hotel experience has officially gone live. This will allow users to save time by searching for accommodation options while also researching that trip away.


What’s changed?


Accommodation options will now appear while viewing your trip summary offering relevant results based on your final destination.



We also offer a more in-depth accommodation search which can be found by first conducting a transport search and then tapping on ‘Hotels’ at the bottom of your screen. Additional search filters are also provided to help simplify your search.



If you prefer to search for hotels within a specific destination then we recommend you try our interactive map view which is available by tapping on the map button.



This allows users to research and select different accommodation options directly from our interactive map. Once you have found that perfect option you can then tap ‘View deal’ which will transfer you to our hotel booking partner so you can complete your reservation.

Who do we partner with?

All of our hotel results come directly from our partnerships with Booking.com and Expedia.

Who do I contact if I need to cancel my booking?

As Rome2Rio is not a hotel provider we are unable to arrange for refunds or organise date amendments. These requests can only be handled by the hotel provider who the booking was made through. To find this information simply check your hotel confirmation email and contact the provider listed there.
